Batch Mixer/Material Handler

Location: Lakeville, MN
Edgelinkz is currently looking for a 2nd shift Batch Mixer/Material Handler for our client in Lakeville, MN. The hours for this position are 3:pm-11:pm M-F. This position will require training on 1st shift 7:am-3:pm for about a month. Applicants must have previous Batch Mixing experience. Any experience with plastics or resins a big plus.

Production Associate/Assembler

Location: Plymouth, MN
Edgelinkz is seeking to staff a Production Associate (Assembler) position for an excellent company located in the Twin Cities, MN area.

Job Duties:

• Perform simple to moderately complicated assembly functions working off of build sheets.

• Consistently meet customer specifications, quality requirements and production standards.

• Produces goods and components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies

• Read and build products from procedures, instructions, prints (build sheets) or related

• Use various hand tools as needed in assembly process (e.g. screw drivers, wrenches, drivers)

• Read gauges, graphs, dial indicators to ensure meeting documented specifications.

• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and sub-assemblies.

• Identify assembly problems and notify supervisor to obtain additional resources as needed.

CNC Machinist

Location: Fridley, MN
Edgelinkz has an exciting new opening for a CNC Machinist with a great company located in the Coon Rapids/ Fridley, MN. area. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

Job Duties:

• Produces machined parts by setting up, editing programs and operating a CNC Mill and/or CNC Lathe Machine.

• Read and understand CNC programs, layouts and blueprints.

• Inspect machined parts.* Maintain quality and safety standards.

• Maintain equipment and supplies.

• Complete daily production / quality logs.

• Skills/Qualifications:

• 2-year Vocational degree in machining field and/or equivalent experience and education

• Minimum 2 years of work-related experience

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Ability to use inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) as needed

• Ability to hold tight tolerances

• Strong verbal communications skills

• Programming experience/knowledge a plus

• Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work
  
  

CNC Operator 1

Location: Chaska, MN
Edgelinkz is currently looking for a CNC Operators for our client in Chaska, MN.

We are in need of a CNC operator for our day shift (7am-3:30pm) and one for our night shift (3:30pm-2am).  No experience is required, but we will certainly look at candidates with previous CNC experience. Our pay range is $14-$18 per hour depending on experience.
